FitDance combines the fun energy of Zumba with effective muscle targeting techniques that gives you a complete full body workout. 100% Fun with a risk of Addiction.

Fit Camp: This all level class challenges your body and helps you reach your goals in a fun, refreshing and super motivational setting. Outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with various forms of interval and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fit camps, Our Fit Camps are designed in a way that encourages you and at the same time pushes you more than you’d normally push yourself. Designed to get you fit, lose weight, tone your body and encourage you simultaneously. All in an non judgmental and positive atmosphere.

Wednesday 7:00pm

 

Booty Boot Camp: Don't Let the Image fool you! This class is for everyone both man and woman, Targeting Legs, Glutes and Lower Back. Is a great way to change up your "Leg Day Workouts" While in a fun group setting and specially designed in a way that will give your muscles everything that they need to develop and toned up.

Friday 7:00pm

 

Sunset Sunday Workout: Enjoying the outdoors and breathing fresh air is equally effective as it is up-lifting. This class challenges your body and helps you reach your goals in a fun, refreshing and super motivational setting. This type of outdoor group exercise class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight and conditioning exercises with various forms of interval training and strength training, the best part is the beautiful scenery and sunsets you get to experience every time.
